In a party, maximum allowed people is two. How can i get more?

You can't because you are still in pre-sear so the party size won't increase until post-sear. The party size will increase by 2 as the game progresses.

After pre-sear your party size will increase to 4. Then as you progress through the game it will continue to increase to 6 and then 8.

This is part of the reason why people were telling you to get out of pre-searing in your other thread...
